Refund Policy

We have a no refund policy.

except in a situation if No treatment is initiated from our side only that too within 7 days of payment only based upon terms mentioned below.

Once you submit we will evert back in maximum 7 working days and if your refund request is accepted them refund will initiate after acceptance within 48 working hrs in case of Cash payment and within 7 working days in case of digital payment ( account transfer/app / UPI etc) after deducting charges of consultation, Xrays, sittings, transaction fees, cancellation / No show charges as applicable.

Refund will be issued in name of the Patient only by Cheque only (not in name of payer, if the payer is other than the patient) (Except if the payer is the parent of the patient below 18yrs age) after completion of all the formalities. we don’t offer any guarantee/warranty regarding the results of the treatment and no doctor can do that so no refund can be entertained regarding this.

No refund can be claimed if the patient failed to return as per the schedule leads to failure or may need alterations in the existing treatment plan because of that. 

Discounts/discounted packages are provided as a part of the promotion hence any amount paid under such scheme is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable in any situation irrespective of the completion of treatment/services rendered.

Any discounted packages offered stand auto cancellation /auto-expiry in case of no claims for freebees/inclusions within 3 months of initiation of the treatment.

So, No Refund can be claimed in case of Discounted packages, Patient didn’t follow our Appointment policy and asked for a refund after that.

No refund can be claimed if a patient becomes infected with any Communicable Disease and treatment has to be postponed for the safety of other patients, clinic doctors, and staff that can be rendered once the patient is free of that communicable disease.

No refund can be claimed if treatment was not rendered due to any pandemic e.g covid 19 pandemics; lockdown situation; any holidays announced by the government, patient/doctor acquired some communicable disease, etc but services will be rendered once a favorable situation prevails. 

If a patient changes his/her mind and needs some alteration in treatment then the amount paid is non-refundable but if the unconsumed amount is pending that can be adjustable in the next treatment after deducting compulsory deduction charges as mentioned below.

Compulsory Deductions for Aligners/Orthodontic/Implant/Other Treatment:

1 Cancellation of Aligners work – Rs 25,000
2 Cancellation of Implant / Orthodontic treatment – Rs 10,000
3 For any other Treatment – Rs 5,000

Amount paid for online consultation is non-refundable even user has not claimed it.

Amount paid under MBF (minimum booking fees) is also non-refundable but can be adjusted as per Appointment policy.

All disputes are subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.
